Question: What are your rates for written translation?
Regarding written translation, we charge on a per word of the original document (if editable) for every language ordered. Per word rates vary depending on your type of account, service requested, language selection and file type. Please note that there is a 50,00 € minimum charge for each translation order. Our clients have the option of avoiding minimum charge orders if they bundle small projects as part of the same project.

Question: How do I get a price quote?
Through our online request, send us the document(s) you want translated. You will receive a quote within the hour.

Question: Which languages do you offer?
Currently we provide translation / transcription services in the following languages:

We will provide translation / transcription services in additional language pairs as needed.

Question: I can't see a language I want. Can you still translate my document/file?
Yes, most likely. We work with translators all over the world. Please contact us to find out.
Question: How long will my translation take?
For most language pairs we have a standard turnaround of two business days on orders of up to 2000 words. Please allow an additional business day for every 1500-2000 words thereafter. If your project requires a faster turnaround, please contact us.
Question: How do I communicate special instructions to the translator?
You can either write special instructions in the notes field on the Online Estimate page, or you can contact us.
Question: How do you ensure confidentiality?
Every translator is under strict non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
Documents / Files
Question: How do I receive translated documents?
When your translation order is ready you will receive it by email or you will receive a notification email with a link where you can download it or you can access our server.
Or we can send you the order directly per courier (additional costs).
Question: Can I upload more than one document?
Yes, you can upload multiple documents at a time for translation. Simply browse to the documents you need translated and submit them for a quote.
Question: Can the translated files be sent to more than one person?
Yes. Simply indicate the additional email addresses during the ordering process.

Each order submitted for translation is translated by a professional native-speaking translator and usually proofread by a second, native-speaking professional.
We have professional translators all over the world. Each translator has professional experience, professional credentials and a proven track record of delivering professional, high-quality work for their particular area of expertise.

Question: How can I pay?
We do not accept credit cards.
Payment is made by bank transfer (no charges) upon receipt of invoice.
